At PRAYR, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. Because many items are offered as limited drops or preorders, this policy balances fairness with the unique nature of our collections.
Limited Drops and Preorders
All preorders and limited drop items are final sale.
Because these products are produced in small batches or specifically for preorder, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, starting on the date you receive your order.
Returns and exchanges are available for U.S. orders only, except where noted under the European Union cooling-off period.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition
- Include original packaging and attached tags
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
- Final sale items, including preorders and limited drops, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. If you purchased ReturnGuard (when available), PRAYR will cover the cost of your return shipping label.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Although we follow strict quality assurance processes, a product may occasionally arrive with a defect or be damaged during shipping. Damaged or faulty items do not need to be returned. We will replace the item free of charge.
- Email hello@prayrco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@prayrco.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
- If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Use a trackable shipping method. If we provide a prepaid label, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or damaged or you purchased ReturnGuard.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item that does not work and place a new order for the desired item. Once the return is approved and processed, we will issue your refund per this policy.
Processing and Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen the refund, contact us at hello@prayrco.com.
Damages & Issues on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns for perishables or personal care goods. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Standard exclusions and condition requirements apply.
