At PRAYR, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team begins processing it right away. To reduce delivery times, we strive to ship from the warehouse closest to your location whenever possible.
Preorder Microdrops
Certain collections are released as limited preorder microdrops. Please note:
- Preorder items are not ready to ship at the time of purchase.
- Estimated production and fulfillment timelines will be clearly listed on the product page.
- Shipping begins once production is complete. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order leaves our facility.
- Because preorder pieces are produced in small batches, processing and shipping times may be longer than standard orders.
Multiple Shipments
Because we serve a global customer base and maintain inventory across multiple warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you’ll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.
Made-to-Order Items
To prevent overproduction and ensure quality, some PRAYR items are made-to-order. For these products, please allow 2–4 business days of processing before shipping.
Shipping Times
- Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders may ship from multiple locations to ensure prompt delivery.
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at hello@prayrco.com so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
